By asking you to copy the characters in the image it helps us to prevent automated scripts from entering false information.

Tip:

If you're having trouble reading the characters click on the 'reload image' link. This will change the characters in the image without clearing the information you've already entered.

We don't ask you to do this anywhere else other than the join up and login pages so hopefully it won't be too frustrating.
