Just Saying is a new short film by Dave Tynan, and in his own words ‘is about a man walking through Dublin, thinking aloud. About loving a place even when you don’t always like it. About people leaving but more than that about people staying too and what happens to them.’
Dave himself left Ireland for London two years ago. A graduate of The National Film School he returned to Ireland in October to make Just Saying and is now heading back to England to study for an MA in filmmaking.
Meanwhile the film is getting a lot of attention, and will be part of the tapestry that tells the story of Irish emigration in the early 21st century.
